Soporte y solución de problemas en la cadena de suministro relacionados a calidad y/o entregas. Además de brindar soporte en las actividades necesarias para implementación de proyectos de ahorros, cambios de ingeniería y/o ajustes en los requerimientos del cliente (interno – externo).

Escolaridad
Título y Cédula de licenciatura en Ingeniería de preferencia ò carrera afín al puesto.
Experiencia Requerida
2 años de experiencia en Compras en la Industria Automotriz.
Deseable experiencia en Compras de Materiales Directos, Logística, Cambios de Ingeniería, Manejo de Proveedores o, Calidad de Proveedores.
Conocimientos Específicos
• Conocimientos en Procesos de Manufactura.
• Conocimiento de Estructuras de costo (Producto y Herramental)
• Conocimiento en contratos legales.
• Familiarizado en negociaciones comerciales con proveedores nacionales y extranjeros.
• Familiarizado en negociaciones de INCOTERMS
• Experiencia en cálculos de fluctuaciones de material.
• Experiencia en planeación de proyectos (APQP).
• Bilingüe: Ingles (Habilidades Escritas y Orales).
Habilidades Administrativas.
• Alta Capacidad de Análisis para resolver problemas complejos.
• Toma de decisiones basado en evidencia objetiva.
• Dominio en trabajo bajo presión.
• Habilidad para adaptarse rápidamente a los cambios.
Conocimientos generales de IATF16949 , VDA.
• Preferencia con Conocimientos de Calidad e Ingeniería, preferentemente en APQP, PPAP, AMEF, Control Plan, SPC, GD&T y MSA.
• Domino del paquete Office.
• Preferentemente conocimientos SAP
• Disponibilidad para viajar y reubicarse en otra localidad

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Titulo y Cedula)
- Minimum 2 years purchasing experience in the automotive industry
- Experience in direct material purchasing, logistics, engineering change management, supplier management or supplier quality
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of product and tooling cost structures
- Knowledge of legal contracts and supplier negotiations (national and international)
- Familiarity with INCOTERMS
- Experience calculating material cost fluctuations
- Project planning experience (APQP)
