Position Summary:
We are seeking a high-performing, versatile individual to support the COO office across a broad portfolio of strategic and operational initiatives. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role working closely with senior leadership to help deliver priority initiatives spanning transformation, M&A integration, target operating model and operational improvement. The role is ideal for individuals transitioning from consulting into industry and looking to take ownership of delivery and outcomes.Location:

Key Responsibilities• Support the COO office in delivering key strategic and operational priorities
• Translate business objectives into structured reports, deliverables and roadmaps
• Prepare executive-level materials including board packs, updates and presentations
• Track actions and drive accountability across senior stakeholders
• Support delivery of transformative initiatives including TOM design, process improvement, automation and offshoring
• Conduct structured analysis to support decision-making
• 3–5 years’ experience in consulting (Big 4, strategy, boutique) or financial services industry
• Exposure to target operating model design, M&A/integration or transformation delivery
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent PowerPoint, Excel and written communication skills
• Highly organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to engage senior audiences
• Direct exposure to COO and executive leadership team
• Broad remit across strategy, transformation and operations
