About the role
We’re seeking a strategic and analytical CRO Manager to join our e-commerce team. Your mission will be to convert a higher share of visitors into paying customers across our digital channels. You’ll lead experimentation, uncover user behaviour insights, and optimize the user journey to drive measurable business impact.
You will be responsible for
- Driving conversion growth by identifying and acting on opportunities to increase key user actions (e.g., calculations, purchases).
- Analysing user behaviour using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, heatmaps, and surveys to uncover friction points.
- Designing and executing A/B, split, and multivariate tests to validate hypotheses and optimize performance.
- Managing the full lifecycle of CRO tests – from ideation to deployment and analysis.
- Optimizing user journeys through improved copy, design, navigation, and functionality.
- Leveraging data-driven insights to guide decisions and prioritize CRO initiatives.
- Collaborating with UX, content, marketing, data, and IT teams to implement and evaluate CRO strategies.
What do we expect from you?
- Proven experience in CRO, digital optimization, or e-commerce analytics.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with CRO tools (e.g., GA, Hotjar, VWO).
- Experience designing and interpreting A/B, split, and multivariate tests.
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and experimentation.
- Proficiency in English language. Knowledge of one of the Baltic languages would be considered an asset.
