Where is the work:
Monday to Thursday, work onsite with your colleagues. Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.What you will do:
- Algorithm Design & Analysis: Strong foundation in HVAC, thermodynamics, system dynamics, classical and modern controls theory.
- Mathematical Modeling & Prototyping: Proficiency in programming languages used for algorithmic development, numerical analysis, and simulation (e.g., Python, C++, or MATLAB).
- Quantitative Concepts: Basic knowledge of mathematical modeling or statistical data analysis.
- Validation & Benchmarking: Experience utilizing scientific computing libraries (e.g., NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, or equivalent) and AI integration to clean, analyze, and validate algorithm performance against real-world datasets.
- Development Tools & Processes: Familiarity with software development processes, version control systems (e.g., Git), and collaborative environments (code reviews, document writing, and testing models).
