Job holder will be reporting to the DOF in Israel and other stakeholders in the HQ.
Responsibilities- Manage the consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual closing process of the company and its subsidiaries.
- Lead intercompany and transfer pricing processes and reconciliation
- Work with the Company's external auditors and lead the annual audit process.
- Work closely with the Procurement and Supply Chain departments to ensure inventory records are properly and accurately maintained
- Oversee cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities & control, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, and other standard accounting procedures
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
- Manage any tax filing and audits.
- At least 4+ years of experience as a corporate controller in a global manufacturing company- Must
- Certified CPA - Must
- Familiarity with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes of the company and its subsidiaries.
- Experience with employees contracts and labor laws - (Advisory contact)
- Experience with US Tax rules and US GaaP- Advantage
- Excel-High level
