Global Controller – Temporary Role, Potential Permanent

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Global Controller to support our worldwide accounting operations. This position is responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial reporting and compliance with applicable international accounting standards. The Global Controller will play a key role in supporting sound business decisions across the organization.

This is a temporary position with the potential to become permanent, offering an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic global team and make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Prepare and consolidate financial statements
• Lead the monthly financial close for both the parent company and its subsidiaries
• Supervise and review the work of local outsourced bookkeepers and payroll teams, and support the transition to in-house operations
• Support the preparation of the annual budget, including monthly BVA and variance analysis
• Perform cash flow analysis and ensure adherence to treasury policies
• Ensure full compliance with local and global statutory reporting requirements, including accurate and timely financial statements and tax filings
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards
• Implement and maintain Transfer Pricing policies and ensure ongoing compliance
• Ensure compliance with established revenue recognition policies and support ongoing enhancements as needed
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve business processes and enhance financial reporting
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement new tools and technologies to streamline financial processes
• Perform additional accounting, finance, and operational projects and responsibilities as required to support the business

Requirements:

• CPA with a background in one of the Big 4 firms and proven experience in high-tech environments
• 4+ years of relevant accounting and finance experience, preferably in a global high-tech environment
• Experience working in a fast-paced, global environment is an advantage
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and demonstrate strong time-management skills
• Highly motivated, dynamic, and proactive
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP
• High proficiency in NetSuite
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, payroll, and tax compliance in both Israel and the U.S.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Strong communication skills, with a proven ability to engage and align key stakeholders across various levels of the organization
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Proficiency in BI tools is an advantage
