About the Position

We’re growing fast and looking for a Controller to join our Finance team and play a key role in supporting our financial operations as we scale globally.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where you’ll work closely with Finance leadership, operations, and external stakeholders, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong controls, and smooth day-to-day accounting operations.
ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll Be Doing
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable
- Support the development and maintenance of internal controls to ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Prepare audit materials and work closely with external auditors
- Monitor and manage daily cash flow to support business operations
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis
- Lead efforts to improve, develop, and document accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Contribute to ad hoc accounting projects as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience as an Assistant Controller (or similar role), preferably in a startup environment
- Background from a Big 4 accounting firm
- CPA license required, Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP
- Strong command of financial systems, experience with NetSuite – a significant advantage.
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, team collaboration, and service-oriented mindset
- Results-driven and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership.
- Fluent English, written and spoken
Bonus Points For
- Experience working in a global SaaS or cybersecurity company
- Netsuite experience
- Experience working in scaling startup environments
