Financial Controller

We’re looking for a Financial Controller to take full ownership of the company’s accounting, financial reporting, cash management, and financial controls.

This is a hands-on role with end-to-end responsibility for month-end and year-end closings, financial reporting, tax compliance, payroll oversight, and cash flow monitoring, while supporting management with financial insights.

What You’ll Do

• Own the company’s accounting and financial data accuracy end to end.
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings.
• Prepare and present financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Manage cash flow forecasting, bank oversight, and budget control.
• Support audits and work with external accountants.
• Ensure tax compliance (VAT, income tax, social security) with advisors.
• Oversee payroll and employee expenses with external providers.
• Analyze profitability, costs, and cash burn.
• Own the Accounts Receivable process. Proactively monitor aging reports, establish seamless collection workflows, and directly engage with clients to resolve payment delays. 
• Manage the Accounts Payable lifecycle. Ensure accurate vendor invoice matching, optimize payment terms to preserve cash flow, and execute timely disbursements.
• Workload Optimization: Continuously audit manual accounting tasks and implement automated solutions to reduce human error and eliminate operational bottlenecks.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a valid CPA license.
• Big 4 graduate with at least 2 years of experience as a Financial Controller.
• Fluent English, both written and verbal.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• High attention to detail and strong commitment to financial accuracy.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with complex financial data.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Elite communicational skills.
