What You Will Do:
- Oversee and manage the accounting function, including general ledger maintenance, month-end close, and reconciliation processes.
- Prepare statutory financial statements and manage tax filings across multiple jurisdictions (US, Israel, Europe, and India), collaborating with local accountants to ensure compliance.
- Manage core accounting functions, including A/P, A/R, cash management, journal entries, invoicing, expense reimbursements, accruals, and compliance.
- Review and mentor Bookkeepers, ensuring accuracy and professional development.
- Perform financial reviews and analysis to ensure data accuracy across all company entities.
- Assist in setting up processes for customer contracts, billing, revenue recognition, accounts receivable, deferred revenue, and commissions.
- Work closely with external auditors and consultants during audits and ongoing financial matters.
- Support ad-hoc finance projects and special initiatives as needed.
What You Will Have:
- At least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Controller or Controller in a SaaS company.
- CPA qualification from a Big 4 accounting firm, with expertise in the high-tech sector.
- Strong knowledge and experience in US-GAAP accounting and tax-related matters.
- Independent, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Excel skills and experience with NetSuite (advantage).
- Fluent English, with excellent communication skills.
