The Boeing Company is currently seeking Contracts Regional Support Specialists (Associate or Experienced) to join our Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Contracts team in Renton, WA.
As a BCA Contracts Regional Support Specialist, you will be a key member of the sales team in representing The Boeing Company to airline and lessor customers from around the world. You will work in a fast-paced environment alongside Sales, Marketing, and Finance organizations and support the research, drafting and recommendation of proposal and contractual language for the sale of products or services, delivery processes and document reviews. The selected candidate will play a critical role in maintaining business processes and data integrity. The successful candidate will have the ability to balance The Boeing Company's priorities while also maintaining strong relationships with our airline and lessor customers.
This position reports to the Director of Contracts Negotiation and Strategy of BCA Contracts.
Position Responsibilities:
- Exercises appropriate signature authority and participates in the negotiation and drafting of proposals and agreements utilizing approved contract terms and conditions
- Participates in the development of, documents them and executes highly complex business plans through the analysis of contractual data
- Supports auditor requests and provides interpretation of findings, identifies data for audit activities, and participates in identification of issues, development of corrective actions and implementation of solutions
- Participates in the assessment of process risks and control adequacy
- Maintains business processes and data integrity
- Supports documentation of guidance related to new and updated contractual regulatory requirements
- Monitors, reconciles, and ensures compliance in the performance of contractual and business commitments, company policies, laws and regulations
- Coordinates special requests for approval and exception, interpretation of contractual letters, provision of contract performance status and performance of contract closeout activities
- Coordinates and partner with other internal functional disciplines
- Supports contracts administration
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 1+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office Applications
- 1+ years of experience in a previous role where meticulous attention to detail, with emphasis on accuracy and quality was paramount
- 1+ years of experience in a business-related function (including but not limited to: Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management, Marketing & Sales)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience in a role that required strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with drafting, negotiating and executing contracts
- Experience presenting to all levels of an organization
- Experience with BCA processes and procedures

Summary pay range for Associate (Level 2): $78,200 - $105,800
Summary pay range for Experienced (Level 3): $96,050 - $129,950
