About the Role
We're growing and looking for a Contracts Manager to join our Legal & Compliance team. You will review, analyze, revise and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts and play a key role in overseeing our contract management and procurement systems while working closely with colleagues across the business, including Sales, Partnerships, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Security. What You Will Do
- Manage and coordinate commercial contracts across the full lifecycle from creation and review through execution
- Review, comment on, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements consistent with Alloy's playbooks and risk management standards
- Play a lead role in managing Alloy’s vendor procurement process
- Partner with other Alloy teams in Sales, Partnerships, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Security to ensure contracting practices are consistent with internal policies and processes
- Maintain an up-to-date, organized contracts repository with key data and metrics tracked and contribute to departmental reporting
- Contribute to various contract process improvement projects, including the creation and updates of legal templates, playbooks, training sessions, and CLM processes
- Review and route contracts for signature through DocuSign, Ironclad, and other systems
- Support Legal & Compliance research tasks and special projects, as needed
Who We Are Looking For
- 4+ years of contracts management experience, ideally at a SaaS company or comparable in the technology or financial services industries
- Experience with contracts covering technology, financial services, privacy, and/or data security matters
- Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems, Ironclad preferred but not essential
- Ability to manage a high volume of contracts and requests
- Excellent organization skills and proven track record of managing competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to liaise with members of multiple business units, are essential
- Attention to detail and sound judgment
- A strong focus on process and a passion for efficiency

This position has a salary range of $90,000 to $125,000. The base pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for equity awards in the form of stock options (ISOs).
