About the Role:As a Contracts & Customer Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our Period Care contracts. Working closely with the Sales Operations Manager and Contract & Services Manager, you will help ensure service excellence, compliance, and strong stakeholder engagement.
This is a varied role combining contract coordination, customer support, and operational administration, allowing you to contribute directly to meaningful programs that make a difference in communities.
What You Will Do:Support the end-to-end delivery of Period Care contracts, ensuring service levels and KPIs are achieved
Manage and respond to customer enquiries, providing timely and accurate resolutions
Maintain contract, customer, and site data to support reporting, compliance, and replenishment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, and Sales
Coordinate with third-party service providers to ensure contractual requirements are met
Assist with onboarding new customers, including setup, documentation, and coordination
Monitor service performance, identify potential risks, and escalate where needed
Contribute to contract audits, renewals, tenders, and variations
Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, data quality, and workflow
Provide administrative and operational support to the wider Sales Operations team
You are a highly organised and customer-focused professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You bring strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Experience in a similar role supporting contracts or customers (ideally 3+ years)
Confident working with multiple stakeholders and building effective relationships
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
High attention to detail with excellent organisational and analytical abilities
Ability to identify improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Hold Australian citizenship or permanent residency in Australia with full working rights
Have ability to work in a hybrid model, with attendance at our Springvale office three days per week and two days working from home.
It would be great (but not essential) if you have experience in FMCG, B2B or B2C, or supply chain environments, along with familiarity with systems such as SAP, CRM, or ERP, exposure to Power BI or other data reporting tools, and experience working with government or regulated contracts.
