Overview
IQVIA is seeking a motivated and results‑driven Sales Representative to support our client within the FMCG and Consumer Health sector in Zambia. This role is ideal for a commercially minded sales professional with strong customer‑facing skills, the ability to influence purchase decisions, and a passion for driving brand growth across retail and pharmacy channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell FMCG and Consumer Health products within assigned territories.
- Visit retail outlets, pharmacies, wholesalers, and key distributors to drive product visibility and sales performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, pharmacists, and purchasing decision‑makers.
- Ensure optimal product availability, merchandising, and branding in-store.
- Execute promotional activities and support marketing initiatives.
- Monitor competitor activity, gather market insights, and provide actionable feedback to the team.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare accurate reports on sales performance, stock levels, and territory activities.
- Uphold IQVIA and client compliance standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in FMCG, Consumer Health, or pharmaceutical sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage territory planning, and meet targets.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned regions in Zambia.
- Strong organisational skills and proficiency in MS Office or digital reporting tools.
