The Role

As a Contract Warehouse Associate, you will partner with our Pharmacy Team to assist in the general operations within our Florida Pharmacy. You will perform operational activities such as preparing various orders for shipment, counting and organizing sachets, preparing and building shipment boxes for various products, prepping product carton boxes and helping within the warehouse when needed. You’re a versatile team player who can maintain efficiency and work quickly in a fast-paced environment.


Our facility is located in Boynton Beach, Florida. This is a 6-month contract. It will be Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 5pm ET, shift.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist in preparing shipments by packing products 
  • Assist with the building of shipment boxes and product cartons 
  • Help organize and count various packing materials in preparation for the pharmacy team
  • Maintain work area and cleanliness of the warehouse when needed
  • Help prepare various product packaging materials under guidance from the pharmacy staff
  • Follow all safety procedures, policies, and precautions
  • Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • Long periods of standing
  • Must be able to bend at the waist and knee and occasionally lift up to 15 lbs
  • Must be comfortable working quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to complete repetitive manual tasks accurately
  • Willingness to work hard and listen to instructions on various tasks
  • Strong teamwork and organizational skills

Ro recognizes the power of in-person collaboration, while supporting the flexibility to work anywhere in the United States. For our Ro’ers in the tri-state (NY) area, you will join us at HQ on Tuesdays and Thursdays. For those outside of the tri-state area, you will be able to join in-person collaborations throughout the year (i.e., during team on-sites).
