Accountant / Senior Accountant

Aescape is looking for an Accountant/ Senior Accountant who can lead general ledger clean-up efforts and streamline AP/AR processes to drive accuracy, efficiency, and scalability as we build a high-performing finance function to support rapid growth. You’ll be collaborating cross-functionally with Procurement and Finance as we expand into new markets and redefine how people experience recovery. • Reconcile bank statements, general ledger accounts, AP/ AR with precision and timeliness

• Record journal entries and financial transactions in NetSuite, ensuring compliance and proper classification

• Participate in the clean-up of the general ledger, identify discrepancies, and implement improved processes

• Prepare and process vendor payments and invoice approvals, collaborating with Procurement and Finance

• Support the monthly close and provide balance sheet analysis and reconciliations
  

• 3+ years of experience in Accounting.

• 3+ years of NetSuite experience required.

• Inventory, Fixed Assets, and Revenue experience in NetSuite is strong preferred.

• Strong Excel skills for reconciliation and analysis

• Competitive pay + bonus + equity plan. The base salary range for the role is $95,000-$115,000.
