Own Aescape’s lifecycle and loyalty engine across email, SMS, in-app, and web channels. Build conversion, onboarding, rebooking, win-back, referral, loyalty, advocacy, and package adoption programs. Lead segmentation, personalization, experimentation, lifecycle calendars, and cohort reporting to increase first bookings, repeat sessions, frequency, and revenue per member. Partner with Content, Product Marketing, Analytics, Revenue, Finance, and partner teams to scale programs across locations.

Lead development and implementation of repeatable, high-yield manufacturing and assembly processes, ramp production with contract manufacturers, create fixtures/work instructions, drive PFMEA and control plans, perform first-article validation, support reliability testing, and lead cross-functional root-cause and corrective actions to ensure production quality and yield.

Manage a portfolio of hospitality and wellness partners from launch through renewal. Drive utilization, retention, revenue expansion, and member satisfaction through programming, staff enablement, business reviews, performance analysis, and proactive account health management. Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Product, Marketing, and Field teams to resolve issues, relay feedback, identify expansion opportunities, and build executive-level partner relationships.

Own and run reliability and manufacturing test programs for robotic mechatronic systems through NPI to mass production. Build and maintain HQ reliability lab, define test SOPs and fixtures, implement factory and supplier testing, perform failure analysis and root cause, and report results. Coordinate with CM and suppliers and travel internationally ~10%.

Lead day-to-day accounting including month-end close, financial reporting, AP/AR, payroll, inventory and fixed assets. Partner with Operations on inventory/COGS and Revenue Ops on billing/collections and ASC 606. Strengthen internal controls, implement scalable processes and automation, support audits/taxes, manage cash forecasting, and supervise growing accounting staff in a fast-paced hardware-focused startup.

Lead and scale the People function for a hybrid NYC-based robotics and AI startup. Own people strategy, HR operations (payroll, benefits, onboarding), compliance, visa/immigration support, talent acquisition, compensation and leveling, manager development, culture, and HR analytics across a distributed ~60-person workforce.
