Process and input incoming orders.
Respond to incoming phone calls and emails from customers looking for job order status.
Coordinate with other Valence departments as necessary to answer and resolve customer inquiries and problems.
Prepare Customs paperwork for international shipments.
Track customer in house orders. Prepare inventories as required.
Perform any required duties related to a busy customer service department.
Other duties as assigned
