Who you are:
We are seeking a motivated Contract Recruiter (3–6 month contract with potential extension or full-time opportunity) to manage the recruitment process for our rapidly growing software company. The ideal candidate will have diverse recruiting experiences, a passion for recruiting and finding top talent, and the ability to quickly adapt to a fast-paced environment.
What you get to every day:
- This is a 3–6 month contract role, with potential to extend or convert to full-time based on mutual agreement and business needs
- You are a hard-working and exceptional recruiter who has a proven ability to source and recruit top talent
- You will manage the recruiting process from sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating subsequent interviews
- You will proactively source potential candidates through various hiring platforms and craft personalized, targeted outreach
- You will build strong partnerships with internal business partners to ensure recruiting focus and efforts align with the departmental business needs
- You will act as a brand ambassador ensuring an incredible candidate experience
What You Bring to the Role:
- 2-3 years of recruiting experience preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing strategies
- Experience sourcing technical talent, i.e. Software Engineers, Product Managers, SDET's, etc.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (preferably Greenhouse)
- You have a relentless drive to reach your goals and have a high work ethic
- You’re energized by building talent pipelines
- You’re obsessed with finding the perfect candidate for the roles you work on
- You love to learn and challenge yourself especially when it comes to recruiting
- You are creative and think outside the box when it comes to finding great talent
- You have a positive, can-do attitude and persevere when faced with a challenge
- You are an excellent communicator with strong English speaking skills

Our hybrid policy provides flexibility so employees can work and collaborate from home or in our Austin offices, either full- or part-time. We ask employees in Austin to join us on Tuesday for company-sponsored lunch to connect and learn together.
