About The Job:
As a CLR Senior Analyst for Licensing, you will deliver high-quality, timely customer service to both field and home office partners while supporting licensing, compliance, and registration processes. In this role, you'll help ensure accuracy, operational efficiency, and a best-in-class service experience. As a CLR Senior Analyst in Licensing, you will play a key role in supporting the field and growing your skills in a collaborative, high-performing environment.
What You'll Do:
  • Underwrites the licensing and registration process by analyzing eligibility requirements, identifying potential compliance concerns, and ensuring representatives meet all prerequisites before receiving solicitation authority.
  • Provides accurate and timely support on licensing, license applications, continuing education (CE), and state requirements.
  • Communicates clearly, professionally, and efficiently with callers, incorporating standard CLR phone practices.
  • Effectively resolves routine inquiries with minimal oversight while exercising sound judgment to escalate complex issues to team leads and/or specialists when necessary.
  • Process/terminate state appointments utilizing SIRCON, State websites, RegEd and other internet tools/resources.
  • Identifies and assesses complex licensing and registration situations requiring specialized review.
  • Cross-references state licensing records with company records to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Consistently meets divisional service level goals and performs well in a team environment. Shares knowledge in team meetings and identifies process improvements.
  • Delivers accurate, comprehensive, and solution-oriented responses to effectively address customer needs and drive positive outcomes
  • Maintains consistent adherence to phone schedules, service level agreements, and performance standards to support operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Bring:
  • Associate's degree in business or related field or minimum of 5 years of insurance or securities experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience.
  • Proven strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Superior customer service skills with ability to address and successfully resolve complex and sensitive issues
  • Ability to successfully complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner in a high-volume area
  • Ability to work independently to accomplish a variety of tasks
  • Ability to coach and provide guidance on core customer service responsibilities
  • High level attention to details and organization skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Attention to Detail - Focuses on specific details to spot and correct errors in advance of them being found and surpass quality expectations. Performs work with thorough proofreading for presentation, content, accuracy, and overall quality.
  • Continuous Improvement - Utilizes available methods to identify opportunities, executes solutions and measures impact to improve existing practices and processes. Implements feedback and lessons learned. Leverages the ability to identify and experiment assumptions and hypothesis for products to be able to refine and improve them at any stage of the life cycle.
  • Policy & Procedure - Analyzes current policies and procedures, identifies gaps or areas for improvement, and develops and implements new policies and procedures to address those gaps. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, as well as effectively communicates policies and procedures to employees and stakeholders. Understands the various components of a workflow, identifies bottlenecks, and implements improvements to increase productivity, reduce costs, and streamline operations.
  • Risk Assessment & identification - Leverages industry knowledge to determine and seek hazards that could potentially prevent the program, enterprise, or investment from achieving their objectives; designs systematic processes of identifying severity of hazards and evaluating the scale and impacts of any associated risk on the business.
  • Strategic Thinking - Uses critical thinking and knowledge of business demand to plan, design, prioritize and execute high impact initiatives and programs.
