Supervise and manage the overall operational activities of POCLR, ensuring all daily operations are completed accurately and on time.
Main Responsibilities
Supervise the inward and outward clearing processes, including clearing returns, to ensure compliance with HKICL cut‑off times.
Perform signature verification and irregularity checks for inward paper cheque clearing.
Conduct data entry and reconciliation for outward paper cheque clearing.
Generate and validate paper cheque clearing data files, image files, and return files for submission to HKICL.
Review and validate daily Teller and KAPITI transactions.
Supervise and verify Electronic Clearing return files, ensuring timely submission to HKICL.
Decrypt and consolidate the payroll files received from branches. Prepare the autopay files and job workflows for submission to the data center for job execution and account posting.
Academic Qualifications
Form 6 (HKDSE pass) or above.
Working Experience
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the banking or finance industry.
Technical / PC Skills
Proficient in general PC applications.
Language
Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
Others
Ability to work under pressure. Good communication skills. Self-motivated with detail mind.
