Position Summary 

The Contract Coordinator executes SAP transactions for customer contracts to support accurate ordering, pricing, and invoicing. The role is primarily transactional and is accountable for timely and accurate contract invoicing and invoice corrections. The position works within the Customer Service Contract Team, follows current policies and processes, and communicates with Customer Service, Sales, contract accounts, and Credit regarding performance issues, customer concerns, and questionable data. 

Candidate Requirements 

Education 

Bachelor degree preferred. 

Experience 

Minimum of two years of customer service experience, preferably in a chemical manufacturing company, or related educational experience involving computation and analysis. 

Qualifications 

  • Microsoft Office proficiency, including advanced Excel skills. 

  • SAP knowledge is a plus. 

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. 

  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, both orally and in writing. 

  • Must demonstrate critical thinking, teamwork, interpersonal communication, quality, efficiency, innovation, action orientation, people focus, and results orientation. 

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States. 

Knowledge and Skills 

Strong analytical and reconciliation skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office and advanced Excel; ability to learn and work in SAP and related contract applications; effective written and verbal communication; accurate data management; and strong problem-solving capability.
