Position: Contract Analyst
Location: São Paulo or Campinas/SP

Position Summary
The Contract Coordinator executes SAP transactions for customer contracts to support accurate ordering, pricing, and invoicing. The role is primarily transactional and is accountable for timely and accurate contract invoicing and invoice corrections. The position works within the Customer Service Contract Team, follows current policies and processes, and communicates with Customer Service, Sales, contract accounts, and Credit regarding performance issues, customer concerns, and questionable data.
Candidate Requirements
Education
Bachelor degree preferred.
Experience
Minimum of two years of customer service experience, preferably in a chemical manufacturing company, or related educational experience involving computation and analysis.
Qualifications
Microsoft Office proficiency, including advanced Excel skills.
SAP knowledge is a plus.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, both orally and in writing.
Must demonstrate critical thinking, teamwork, interpersonal communication, quality, efficiency, innovation, action orientation, people focus, and results orientation.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Knowledge and Skills
