Principal Duties/Responsibilities:
· Maintains control of database including: entering new contracts; updating existing contract information; processing contract renewals; insuring integrity of product descriptions, prices, and data within the contract database.
· Generates expired contract and warranty lists with follow-up to site management; Generates transaction file and maintains edit report for billing; and produces special contract reports for various customers.
· Coordinates contract administration quality goals and reporting.
· Responds to customer and internal inquiries concerning contracts; Acts as a liaison between company and subcontractors.
· Negotiates contract with customer or bidder; Requests or approves amendments to or extensions of contracts; Prepares bids, process specifications, test and progress reports, and other exhibits that may be required; Reviews bids from other firms for conformity to contract requirements and determines acceptable bids; Provides input for contract function budget.
· Resolves invoicing grief with Accounting.
· Trains new employees on contract functions.
· Participates in Service/Quality Initiative; continually improves and quantitatively monitors processes.

· Bachelor’s degree in related field and 2 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
· Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

· High level of accuracy required for critical customer contract equipment and billing specifications

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
