Manages plant inventory integrity, restocking, repairs, parts distribution, purchase orders, vendor sourcing, order follow-up, and inventory reconciliation. Analyzes stock and reorder levels, resolves discrepancies, supports budgeting and cost reduction, processes warranty claims, and coordinates with technicians, managers, accounting, auditors, customer service, and operations. The role also supports process improvement, quality initiatives, and compliance with safety procedures in a loud factory environment.

Performs preventative and break-fix maintenance on industrial machinery and control systems. Repairs or replaces defective parts, troubleshoots electrical and mechanical systems, operates basic machining tools, performs basic welding, updates CMMS records, identifies needed parts, supports continuous improvement, and follows safety and housekeeping standards in a factory environment.

Performs advanced industrial maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive and predictive maintenance, equipment improvements, and complex control-system analysis. Uses vibration, laser, infrared, ultrasonic, and power-quality technologies to assess equipment condition. Supports continuous improvement, parts sourcing, cost analysis, CMMS data review, and production-line reliability. May operate machining tools, weld, train technicians, manage assigned projects, and provide technical support for sales quotations. Work occurs in loud factory environments with physical and safety hazards.

Develops and executes strategic account plans to grow revenue, profitability, and customer loyalty. Identifies new business opportunities with large manufacturers, expands relationships across customer locations, and communicates ATS service value to executives. Partners with operations and account managers to improve customer satisfaction, leads cross-functional efforts without direct authority, and builds relationships with key decision-makers.
