The Skillbridge Leadership Program offers military personnel leadership training with opportunities in various operational roles after completing their 90-day program.

Supervises industrial maintenance site operations, safety programs, housekeeping, employee performance, training, work schedules, work orders, overtime, expenses, and maintenance KPIs. Supports continuous improvement, root cause analysis, strategic initiatives, and customer relationships. Leads team meetings, communicates equipment status and priorities, and ensures operating procedures and company culture are implemented effectively.

Provide high-level administrative support including drafting correspondence, managing phone and email communications, scheduling complex meetings and travel, maintaining filing systems, processing purchase orders, assisting with Concur and company cards, front desk coverage, and acting as liaison with senior executives while handling confidential information and improving administrative processes.

Designs, tests, and modifies industrial control systems; reviews and improves procedures; analyzes data and reports findings; provides mechanical/electrical troubleshooting; collaborates with engineers and purchasers; ensures safety and quality compliance; delivers training and consulting; develops business proposals.

The Business Development Representative drives sales growth by developing customer relationships, presenting services, managing pipelines, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Manage inventory integrity and restocking, process repairs and purchase orders, receive and stock items, track orders and vendors, resolve inventory discrepancies, participate in physical inventories and audits, support cost-reduction and quality initiatives, and assist operations and customer service with parts transactions.

Manage and control factory inventory: receive, stock, track, and requisition parts; process repairs and warranty claims; analyze inventory records; work with vendors, operations, and accounting to maintain budgets, reduce costs, resolve discrepancies, and support physical inventories and continuous improvement initiatives.

As a Regional Reliability Engineer, you will ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, improve reliability through strategic partnerships, and apply various maintenance technologies to optimize performance and reduce risks.

Designs, develops, tests, and maintains business applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate). Works with stakeholders to plan and implement process solutions, produces system design documents, and creates Power BI reports to analyze project data. Communicates technical concepts to business audiences and supports digital process improvement in operations and maintenance.
