O/A Administrador(a) de Contratos (Contracts Administrator) é responsável por apoiar a execução de contratos de serviços, garantindo conformidade com os termos contratuais, políticas da empresa e controles internos.


Esta função trabalha em estreita colaboração com as equipes de SMS, Serviços, Administração de Projetos, Fiscal e Jurídico, além de atuar diretamente com clientes para apoiar a entrega do contrato, os processos de medição junto ao cliente, as atividades de reconhecimento de receita e a governança geral dos contratos.


O/A profissional de sucesso nesta posição será altamente organizado(a), analítico(a) e possuirá forte capacidade de comunicação, sendo capaz de gerenciar múltiplas prioridades enquanto assegura precisão, conformidade e eficiência em um ambiente dinâmico de serviços.


Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Monitorar o cumprimento das obrigações contratuais, garantindo aderência aos requisitos específicos dos clientes e aos processos internos de governança.
  • Monitorar o desempenho dos contratos e apoiar a equipe de Delivery no cumprimento dos objetivos de reconhecimento de receita e previsão de faturamento.
  • Identificar e comunicar proativamente riscos que possam impactar o reconhecimento de receita, a execução contratual ou marcos de faturamento.
  • Coletar, analisar e manter a documentação de suporte necessária para o bom andamento e encerramento dos contratos, de acordo com os processos e controles internos.
  • Elaborar, enviar e administrar boletins de medição e demais documentos requeridos em portais de clientes.
  • Atuar em colaboração com as áreas de Administração de Projetos, SMS, Finanças, Fiscal, Controladoria, RH e Entrega de Serviços.
  • Interagir diretamente com clientes em assuntos relacionados a administração contratual, SMS, faturamento, documentação contratual, boletins de medição e outros temas administrativos.

Requisitos Essenciais:

  • Graduação (Bacharel ou Tecnológo) em Administração de Empresas, Ciências Contábeis, Finanças ou áreas correlatas. Candidatos em fase final de formação também poderão ser considerados.
  • Mínimo de 2 anos de experiência em administração de contratos, operações de serviços, administração financeira, operações comerciais ou áreas relacionadas.
  • Experiência com sistemas ERP, preferencialmente SAP.
  • Inglês intermediário, com capacidade para participar de reuniões e se comunicar por e-mail.
  • Forte capacidade analítica, organização e habilidade para resolução de problemas.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e gestão de stakeholders.
  • Capacidade de atuar de forma colaborativa com diferentes áreas e construir relacionamentos produtivos com públicos internos e externos.

Qualificações Desejáveis:

  • Experiência no suporte a contratos de serviços e processos de requisição de faturamento aos clientes.
  • Conhecimento em reconhecimento de receita, gestão de contratos, processos de faturamento e conformidade contratual.
  • Experiência com grandes clientes industriais ou contratos de serviços complexos.
  • Familiaridade com portais de clientes e requisitos de documentação contratual.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's or technologist degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; candidates nearing graduation may be considered.
  • At least 2 years of experience in contract administration, service operations, financial administration, commercial operations, or related areas.
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Intermediate English proficiency, including participation in meetings and email communication.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and build productive internal and external relationships.
  • Experience supporting service contracts and customer billing requisition processes.
  • Knowledge of revenue recognition, contract management, billing processes, and contract compliance.
