The Continuous Improvement Manager will lead, facilitate, and embed a culture of continuous improvement across the Operations function, driving operational excellence, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The role is responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and executing process improvement initiatives that align with Chubb’s strategic objectives.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
• Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Lead cross-functional teams in the design and implementation of process improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other methodologies
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities
• Collect, analyze, and report performance data to measure the impact of improvement projects
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and coaching to build continuous improvement capabilities across the organization
• Collaborate with department leaders to ensure buy-in, resource allocation, and sustainability of changes
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and outcomes to senior management
• Promote a culture of innovation, problem-solving, and continuous learning
• Benchmark best practices internally and externally to inform improvement strategies
• Support change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new processes

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or project management roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab, Power BI)
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills; able to influence at all levels
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries (preferred)
• Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, or customer satisfaction
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a matrix environment
• Bachelor’s Degree preferrable
• Professional certification in Lean, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), or equivalent process improvement methodologies is preferable
• English – advanced (verbal and written)
