The Contingent Workforce Specialist is responsible for supporting the management and coordination of DTNA’s contractor and professional service workforce. This role focuses on ensuring a customer-centric approach while continuously improving the contingent workforce processes. The position involves partnering with procurement to support the contingent workforce experience, overseeing various aspects of contingent labor, including Contingent Labor Management systems. Additionally, the specialist will handle internal audit responses, approve invoices, and ensure compliance with co-employment regulations.

Position offers a starting salary range of $86,000 - $110,000 USD
Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience

What you Drive at DTNA
SME:
- Act as the subject matter expert for educating and informing the business about programs, policies, and guidelines.
- Provide guidance and assist hiring managers with onboarding and terminating contingent workers.
Collaboration:
- Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay updated on contingent hiring and business requirements.
- Act as a liaison between cross-functional departments such as Finance, GIP, IT, and ICS.
- Partner with Allegis Group Services (AGS) to direct all contingent labor-related activities.
- Support AGS in Error Handler/cbFC escalations and collaborate with Finance for resolution.
- Assist AGS partners with accounting questions, reviews, and payment issues. Investigate discrepancies, notify partners of findings, and collaborate with other departments to resolve issues.
- Notify managers of outstanding Resource Tracking onboarding requests and timesheets that need approval.
- Act as a liaison between AGS team and DTNA employees to build relationships for future contingent staffing interactions.
- Serve as a backup for AGS with onboarding, changes, management, and termination of contingent staff profiles in Workday.
- Prepare KPIs for contingent workforce stakeholders meetings and discuss related data.
Audit/Security:
- Track and upload ICS audit requirements for various reviews, gather information, test, and report for control reviews.
- Partner with the Security team to discuss the badging process, write SOP for badging workflow, and ensure timely completion of badge requests.
- Facilitate quarterly Aveksa security reviews for contingent staff who have not logged into their account in 30+ days and escalate as needed.
Knowledge You Should Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of relevant experience or 8 years’ experience in lieu of degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with varying levels of management required
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, remain flexible, and complete tasks within a specified timeline required
- Ability to clearly articulate expectations and provide constructive feedback in a respectful manner. This involves using positive language and focusing on solutions rather than problems
- Maintains consistency and fairness in enforcing policies and standards
- Excellent research, monitoring and follow-up skills required
- Past evidence having applied a high attention to detail and accuracy required
- Continuous improvement (CI) mindset required
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality while working with sensitive HR data required
- Works independently within guidelines and policies to solve problems of moderate complexity
- Ability to lead projects or processes required
Exceptional Candidates Might Have
- Basic understanding or experience with cBFC preferred
- Experience with Contingent Staffing Labor Management systems (ie: Beeline) preferred
- Familiarity with contracts, legal topics surrounding contingent labor, PR/PO process, accounts receivable / payable processes, GIP processes all strongly desired
- Excel expertise – completing pivot tables, merging files, auditing, etc. preferred
- Experience in project and change management preferred
