We're pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both, requiring 3 days in the office location and 2 days from home.

Core Responsibilities
Own and manage part of the global SEO content calendar and delivery.
Conduct keyword research and integrate target terms into high-performing content.
Create and maintain SEO content that supports global campaigns and evergreen goals.
Collaborate with trading and engagement teams to align content with product priorities.
Track and analyse performance to drive data-informed decisions.
Report on keyword performance and demonstrate content impact.
Coordinate with internal and external partners to align content with commercial objectives.
Do you have what it takes.
Solid understanding of on-page SEO and content performance
Proven experience in SEO or content marketing across multiple markets
Strong keyword research and clustering skills using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google Keyword Planner
Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to present performance clearly to stakeholders
Passion for SEO and creating content that drives measurable results
Experience managing cross-functional partnerships to deliver and maintain content
Fluent in English, both verbal and written.

LEGO Retail is a fast-paced, energetic team which is focused on building up the LEGO Brand’s own ecosystem, with a sharp focus on ecommerce and audience-first brand building experiences. This role will focus on improving LEGO.com keyword visibility in search to reach new audiences and existing shoppers via natural search.
