WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION :
Content Strategy & Execution
Implement and influence a content strategy aligned to both business unit’s marketing goals and key verticals, mapping content types to target audiences and buyer journey stages
Drive the production of high-quality, on-brand content across formats including brochures, articles, whitepapers, case studies, infographics, landing pages, emails, and social media
Partner closely with technical SMEs — including engineers, product managers, and solutions architects — to extract insights and translate complex subject matter into content that is accurate, accessible, and engaging for a general business audience
Own content development in support of New Product Introduction (NPI) commercialization processes and brand-specific campaign launches in partnership with Integrated Marketing Managers
Brand, SEO & Distribution
Serve as a steward of brand guidelines and brand voice — able to clearly articulate and apply standards across all team outputs and geographies
Ensure adherence to brand standards and marketing processes to support consistent, high-quality content development across teams and markets
Partner with the MarTech team and agencies to optimize content through keyword research and on-page SEO tactics
Identify and integrate AI-powered tools and workflows to accelerate content production, improve SEO performance, and enhance research synthesis
Apply platform-specific best practices for content distribution, including market-specific considerations for international audiences
Analytics & Optimization
Track and analyze content performance metrics (engagement, traffic, conversions) to refine strategy and improve effectiveness
Own audience engagement metrics and communicate performance insights to stakeholders and team members
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Align content to broader campaign objectives through active partnership with Marketing, Product Management, and Sales
Collaborate with Enterprise/GCD design teams on visual content execution
Coordinate with Integrated Marketing and Marketing Technology/Automation leaders as those functions evolve
YOU HAVE:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field
3 + years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 1 year focused specifically on B2B content marketing
Demonstrated experience translating complex technical subject matter (from engineers, product managers, or solutions architects) into clear, accurate, and compelling content for a general business or technical-buyer audience
Experience managing content in support of product launches or commercialization processes (NPI or equivalent)
Working knowledge of SEO or AEO principles and content optimization practices, including keyword research and on-page tactics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong editorial judgment and brand voice instincts
Experience working in or with geographically distributed teams, with comfort in asynchronous workflows and cross-cultural communication
Experience in data center, industrial technology, electrical infrastructure or adjacent B2B technical markets preferred.
Familiarity with CMS, marketing automation, CRM, project management tools, and digital asset management systems; familiarity with platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce, Monday.com, or JIRA preferred
Experience managing editorial calendars, external review cycles, and publication pipelines
