Job Summary:

IPG is seeking a dynamic and experienced B2B2C Content Strategy Manager to help drive awareness, demand, and sales of pet insurance products across our Employee Benefits and Partner channels. This role will lead content development and sales enablement efforts for multiple IPG brands, with a focus on creating compelling, AI-informed content that resonates with both business partners and end consumers.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who understands the full content marketing lifecycle—from ideation to measurement—and is fluent in emerging tools and technologies. You’ll ensure messaging consistency, optimize engagement, and bridge marketing efforts across B2B and B2C audiences within our multi-brand ecosystem.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop positioning and messaging strategies tailored to Employee Benefits and Partner personas, aligning with brand goals and partner needs.

  • Execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy that nurtures B2B leads from awareness to conversion, while supporting end-user (pet parent) adoption and engagement.

  • Create and manage high-quality marketing content such as whitepapers, blog articles, case studies, pitch decks, email campaigns, and event materials.

  • Partner with EB Sales & Marketing, Product, and Creative teams to align messaging and support business objectives.

  • Collaborate with the DTC Content Strategist to ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, visual expression, and identity across all channels.

  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to refine strategies for lead generation, engagement, and ROI.

  • Stay abreast of content marketing trends, emerging AI tools, and competitor activity to ensure innovation and effectiveness.

  • Maintain editorial calendars and lead the timely execution of content deliverables.

  • Manage content marketing strategies across multiple brands, maintaining a distinctive yet consistent tone and style for each.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

  • 8+ years of experience in content marketing, with a proven track record in B2B marketing, lead generation, and sales enablement.

  • Deep understanding of content marketing principles, funnel stages, and audience segmentation.

  • Proficiency in using AI tools and platforms for content planning, ideation, and production.

  • Prior experience in Employee Benefits, Insurance, or similar regulated industries is highly preferred.

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

  • Familiarity with CMS platforms and marketing automation systems.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

  • Project management expertise with strong attention to detail and deadlines.

  • Creative thinker with the ability to lead content innovation and experimentation.

Work Hours:
This is a full-time, remote position. Working hours will be based on business needs and determined in collaboration with your direct manager.
