AirDNA began with a big dream in a balmy California garage in 2015. Since then, the technology startup has grown into the leading provider of data and business intelligence for the multi-billion-dollar travel and short-term rental industry, with offices in New York, Denver and Barcelona and team members around the world.
Our self-serve platform equips Airbnb hosts and property managers with the smart, competitive insights they need to succeed in an ever-evolving market. We also arm enterprise clients with custom reports and in-depth dashboards so they can scale and invest strategically. Our customers include hundreds of top financial institutions, real estate companies, vacation rental managers, and destination marketing organizations around the world.
We track the daily performance of over 15 million listings on Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com across 120,000 global markets. Hundreds of thousands of partner properties further inform our proprietary algorithms, producing the most accurate and comprehensive short-term rental dataset in the world.
In 2024, AirDNA acquired Uplisting, a powerful property management software that helps hosts and operators manage listings across Airbnb, Vrbo, and other platforms. With features like channel management, automated messaging, dynamic pricing, task coordination, and financial reporting, Uplisting expands our mission to support every stage of the short-term rental journey — from investment to operations.
AirDNA’s enterprise sales organization is where the company is placing its biggest growth bets and it needs content that performs. We’re looking for a Content Marketer who will sit inside the sales org, not in a marketing silo, and work directly with the sellers and account managers who use content every day to win and retain enterprise business.
As the Content Marketer, Enterprise Sales you’ll support three distinct teams: Advanced Data Solutions (ADS), Property Management (PM), and Destination Marketing Organizations (DMO). Each has its own buyers, sales motion, and competitive landscape. Your job is to make all three more effective through content that moves deals forward, keeps clients engaged, and positions AirDNA as the leading intelligence partner in each vertical.
This role sits within the Marketing team and reports to the Head of Marketing, with dotted lines into the Leader of Advanced Data Solutions and the New Business Manager. Your success is measured in pipeline, closed deals, and client retention not content volume.
Here's what you'll get to do:
- Own the production of recurring newsletters for enterprise segments: sourcing topics, writing content, coordinating with each team on key messages, and managing distribution
- Develop content specifically for existing clients: best practice guides, product tips, seasonal market insights, and success stories that reinforce value and reduce churn
- Track engagement metrics and iterate on what resonates with each audience
- Plan and produce monthly webinars targeting enterprise audiences across ADS, PM, and DMO segments
- Manage the full webinar workflow: topic selection, speaker prep, promotion, production, and follow up content
- Tailor webinar topics to each audience: market trends for DMOs, operational insights for PMs, data strategy for ADS enterprise clients
- Create and maintain sales collateral across all enterprise teams: one pagers, case studies, competitive battlecards, pitch decks, and objection handling guides
- Develop persona specific content that sellers can use in outreach, discovery, demos, and follow ups
- Prepare all materials for conferences and industry events: booth collateral, speaking session decks, leave behinds, and follow up sequences
- Work closely with AEs and AMs to understand what they need and turn common objections and questions into reusable content
- Shape the AirDNA enterprise narrative: how we position ourselves across each vertical and the story we tell at every touchpoint
- Write and publish thought leadership content (blog posts, LinkedIn articles, industry reports) that positions AirDNA as the leading data partner in each segment
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive moves, and market shifts across all three verticals to keep content timely and relevant
- Ensure the sales team is fully prepared for every conference: talking points, presentation decks, printed materials, and post event follow up content
- Coordinate with the teams attending events to understand the audience and tailor materials accordingly

Here's what you'll need to be successful:
- Full proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
- 3+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or a data-driven business. You have work you can point to, not just team contributions.
- Strong writing skills: clear, concise, and able to translate complex data concepts into compelling narratives for different audiences and verticals.
- Proven experience producing webinars, newsletters, and sales enablement materials from scratch.
- You understand revenue goals and can work embedded in a sales team - not a marketing silo. Content is a means to pipeline, not an end in itself.
- Project management skills to run multiple content streams across multiple teams simultaneously without dropping quality.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a hybrid or remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Able to context-switch between different verticals and buyer personas without losing voice or accuracy.
