The Position

We are looking for a Content Enablement Manager to join our Commercial Sales Enablement (CSE) team.

In this role, you will sit at the center of our commercial content ecosystem, ensuring our Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering teams have access to compelling, high-quality, and actionable content that helps accelerate pipeline progression and support revenue growth.

You will partner closely with stakeholders across Sales, Product, Marketing, Design, and Enablement to translate strategic priorities, product capabilities, and market insights into impactful sales assets that drive consistency, confidence, and commercial success globally.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strong storyteller and content strategist who is passionate about enabling customer-facing teams and transforming complex concepts into compelling customer narratives.

What you will be responsible forContent Strategy & Development

You will lead the development and maintenance of high-impact sales enablement content aligned with key commercial priorities and strategic initiatives.

This includes:

  • Value proposition decks and messaging narratives
  • Sales playbooks
  • Battlecards and competitive positioning materials
  • Factsheets and solution overviews
  • Client-facing presentations
  • Proposal and RFP content frameworks
  • Training and onboarding materials

Working with product, industry and commercial experts, you will transform complex concepts into clear, compelling, and differentiated stories that resonate with prospects and clients.

Content Activation & Adoption

Success is not only about creating great content, but ensuring it is actively used in the field.

You will:

  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success Managers, and Solutions Engineers to embed content into live opportunities and customer conversations
  • Support regional enablement initiatives and commercial campaigns
  • Continuously collect user feedback and optimize content based on real-world usage
  • Drive awareness, adoption, and consistency of key messaging across the commercial organization
Content Governance & Enablement Platforms

You will help establish and maintain a scalable content management framework.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and optimizing content within Highspot or similar enablement platforms
  • Ensuring content quality, consistency, accessibility, and relevance across regions
  • Establishing content standards, taxonomy, and lifecycle management processes
  • Identifying content gaps, redundancies, and improvement opportunities
  • Supporting a best-in-class content experience for all commercial users
Cross-Functional Collaboration

You will act as a key link between strategic messaging and frontline sales execution.

You will collaborate closely with:

  • Commercial Development teams
  • Product Management
  • Product Marketing
  • Sales Leadership
  • Customer Success
  • Solutions Engineering
  • Field Enablement
  • Design teams

Together, you will ensure consistent narratives, successful launch readiness, and commercially effective customer-facing content.

Continuous Improvement & Insights

You will leverage data, feedback, and market insights to continuously improve content effectiveness.

This includes:

  • Gathering and analyzing field feedback
  • Monitoring content usage and engagement metrics
  • Evaluating impact on sales effectiveness and deal progression
  • Strengthening differentiation, storytelling, and commercial confidence
  • Making data-driven recommendations to improve the enablement content strategy
