Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Content Editor to join our esteemed content team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and timely delivery of content across our platform. This role requires effective coordination with internal teams and external vendors to uphold our standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and conduct quality checks on content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to company guidelines.
Allocate content creation requests to external vendors based on workload, expertise, and project requirements.
Maintain regular communication with vendors and stakeholders to track content deliveries, turnaround times, and prioritize urgent requests.
Multitask efficiently to manage multiple content projects simultaneously while adhering to tight timelines. This includes working in a fast-paced environment.
Generate comprehensive reports on content performance, delivery metrics, and vendor feedback for internal review and optimization purposes. Knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets is preferred. This is a mandatory requirement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
Proven experience in content writing/editing and quality assurance, preferably in an e-commerce or digital media environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors professionally.
Proficiency in report generation and analysis to track content performance and identify areas for improvement.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
