Partner with clients and cross-functional Product, Technology, Content, Marketing, and Development teams to improve organic traffic, rankings, product discovery, conversions, and revenue.

Leads Rubick’s international operations across markets, clients, teams, and service lines. Owns business performance, revenue, profitability, delivery quality, client success, workforce planning, governance, and operational scalability. Drives AI adoption, workflow automation, analytics, performance management, and data-driven decision-making. Builds repeatable operating models, expands into international markets, develops teams, and partners cross-functionally to support growth, efficiency, and client retention.

Build and maintain scalable web crawlers to extract, validate, and structure product data from eCommerce sites. Use AI-driven techniques, browser automation, proxies, and APIs to handle dynamic content and anti-bot measures. Monitor performance, clean large datasets, collaborate with Product/Engineering/Data teams, and continuously improve crawling frameworks and automation.

The Full Stack Developer will design and maintain web applications, working with both front-end and back-end technologies, primarily in the eCommerce space.

The SEO Analyst will analyze website performance, conduct keyword research, monitor SEO metrics, perform audits, and collaborate on SEO strategies.
