Role MissionAs a Content Editor, you will be responsible for the daily update, maintenance, and editorial quality of regulatory material in our product databases. You will ensure the capture, processing, and summarization of content with accuracy, speed, and customer focus. This role demands attention to detail, independent work, and collaboration across teams to deliver content excellence.
Identify, capture, and convert source documents for Rulebooks content.
Log and track work orders for Tracker content updates.
Summarize Regulatory Event documents into concise, high-quality English content.
Extract and capture event metadata and related rule references.
Update rule texts in line with amendments and revisions.
Act as a coach or mentor for other editors as required.
Lead small editorial projects or improvement initiatives.
Independently prioritize workload and contribute to team prioritization.
Deliver consistently high-quality editorial work with minimal supervision.
Act as a subject matter resource for colleagues.
Maintain a strong understanding of customer requirements to guide content accuracy and relevance.
Apply rule amendments accurately across multiple rulebooks.
Implement editorial standards using specialized content management tools.
Maintain familiarity with Tracker and Rulebooks processes.
Meet or exceed production, quality, and timeliness targets.
Maintain strong communication with Content Leads, trainers, and managers.
Collaborate effectively with fellow editors.
Actively seek, receive, and apply feedback.
Stay curious about industry developments and customer needs.
What We're Looking ForEducation & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Preferred fields: Paralegal studies, Banking/Financial Services, or related areas.
Minimum of 2–3 years of prior experience in an editorial role.
Proficiency with Thomson Reuters systems and editorial processes is a plus.
Familiarity with publications and products related to regulatory content management.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong English language proficiency.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
Responsible, mature, and proactive work ethic.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
High computer literacy.
