We are on the lookout for a Content Editor (English) to join our Content Department.
Responsibilities:
- Edit English marketing content, including CRM campaigns, promotions, emails, push notifications, and in-app messages.
- Ensure grammatical accuracy, stylistic consistency, logical clarity, and factual correctness.
- Verify CRM mechanics and data accuracy (bonus amounts, wagering requirements, dates, campaign logic).
- Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and internal standards.
- Provide constructive feedback to writers on revisions and suggest improvements.
- Identify and implement solutions, including AI-driven tools, to improve editorial quality and workflow efficiency.
- Maintain reporting on writers’ performance and prepare regular reports for team leads.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops for copywriters.
- Collaborate with writers, CRM, and design teams to ensure timely delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in content editing.
- Fluent English (C1+), with excellent grammar and stylistic precision.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Ability to verify campaign mechanics and numerical accuracy.
- Practical experience working with AI tools in content workflows.
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience in CRM, retention marketing, or performance-driven communication.
- Experience working in iGaming or fast-paced, multi-brand environments
