Background
Foods and Home Care manage a growing digital consumer ecosystem spanning DTC, brand websites, consumer platforms, expert counselling solutions, campaigns and first-party data.
The ecosystem includes ₹5 crore+ annual DTC revenue, 30M+ annual website sessions, platforms across brands such as Horlicks, Lipton, Taj Mahal and Surf Excel, and expert ecosystems such as NutriTalk and Healthometer across 180+ clinics.
MAIN JOB PURPOSE
Own and drive the performance of digital consumer platforms across Foods and Home Care, ensuring strong consumer experience, commercial impact, platform health and execution across brands.
JOB SUMMARY
Drive performance of DTC, brand websites and consumer platforms across Foods and Home Care.
Monitor traffic, conversion, consumer engagement and DTC revenue performance.
Manage expert platforms such as NutriTalk and Healthometer, including operations across 180+ clinics.
Coordinate digital campaign builds and consumer engagement journeys across brands. Drive SEO & GEO optimisation across priority platforms.
Drive first-party data capture, reporting and automation initiatives.
Coordinate content refreshes, platform enhancements and agency delivery.
Monitor site uptime, vulnerabilities and web supply-chain risks and drive timely closure.
Establish common governance, KPIs and reusable solutions across brands.
Partner with Brand, Data, Technology, Cyber and agency teams to resolve issues and deliver priorities.
Key Skills and Relevant Experience
1-3 years of experience in digital platforms, technology projects, e-commerce or consumer technology.
Strong understanding of websites, DTC, digital consumer journeys and analytics.
Experience managing agencies, technology partners and multiple stakeholders.
Working knowledge of SEO, analytics, first-party data and platform operations.
Strong project management, problem solving and stakeholder management skills.
Self-starter with strong execution orientation and ability to work across functions.
