Background:
Project Management
Plan, track, and drive execution of business initiatives, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and deliverables are met
Coordinate across cross-functional teams to remove blockers and maintain momentum
Maintain project documentation, roadmaps, and status reports for leadership visibility
Product Management
Support product discovery by gathering and synthesizing requirements from stakeholders and end users
Assist in defining product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Prioritize features/backlogs in collaboration with product owners based on business impact
Work closely with design and engineering teams to ensure product output aligns with business goals
Descriptive Analytics
Conduct in-depth analysis of large-scale historical business data to uncover trends, correlations, and root-cause performance drivers across campaigns and channels
Architect and maintain automated, scalable dashboards and reporting frameworks (SQL, Python, Power BI/Tableau) enabling real-time tracking of KPIs
Apply statistical techniques (cohort analysis, trend decomposition, variance analysis) to move beyond surface-level reporting into deeper diagnostic insights
Stakeholder Communication
Prepare and deliver clear, structured presentations and reports to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating requirements both ways
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
3–5 years of experience in a business analyst, project coordinator, or product analyst role
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL and BI/visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is a strong plus
Working knowledge of Python for data analysis (e.g., pandas, NumPy) on cloud platforms such as GCP or Azure is a strong plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills — able to present complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Working experience with Lean Six Sigma and Agile methodologies, with a proven track record of applying them to drive process improvement
Location Flexibility: Candidates should be willing to work from Mumbai initially for a few months, transition to Bangalore thereafter, and be flexible to travel to Mumbai as required based on business needs

Skills Required
- 4 to 8 years of relevant experience
- Strong background in DevOps/MLOps practices
- Hands-on exposure to agentic frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI)
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Kubernetes
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD)
- Familiarity with ML lifecycle management tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Weights & Biases)
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
- Ensure compliance with security and data governance policies
- Experience in media or content-driven environments
- Knowledge of distributed systems and event-driven architectures
