As an integral part of our professional team of consultants you will be actively involved in the projects for our clients. With the guidance from your personal mentor you will constantly develop, as well as learn about life as a consultant.

With our 12-24 weeks, you’ll become an essential part of a dynamic consulting team, working on real client projects and gaining valuable hands-on experience. You’ll get a true feel for our culture and whether Roland Berger is the right fit for you.
