At Roland Berger, we see pay transparency as a foundation for trust, fairness, and respect, reinforcing our commitment to equal opportunity and our core values. For this position, we provide an initial annual total compensation range, including base salary plus an annual bonus up to 30%. The final offer will be determined within this range based on qualifications, experience and skills.
