About the Role
Support the delivery of real estate and infrastructure advisory projects
Contribute to feasibility studies, financial modelling and business cases
Undertake quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform client outcomes
Assist in preparing high-quality reports, presentations and client deliverables
Apply structured analytical thinking to research, interpret and assess property, market and financial data and trends
Conduct market, industry and policy research relevant to infrastructure, property and development projects
Support proposals, submissions and project administration
Collaborate with experienced consultants across multiple projects
About You
You are passionate about the real estate sector with previous relevant experience in consulting, real estate, infrastructure or professional services
Tertiary qualified in property, economics, finance, planning, engineering, commerce or a related discipline
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Confident in building workplace connections and collaborating within teams
Inclusive, adaptable and open to feedback and new challenges
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
