Team Overview
The Colombia CRO team supports strategic alignment and operational efficiency across Business Development priorities for the Colombia market. This team helps connect local market dynamics with regional and international objectives, ensuring initiatives are coordinated, visible, and executed with discipline. This role reports to CRO. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
Support the CRO and senior leadership in developing and implementing strategies that align with corporate goals and reflect Colombia’s market dynamics.
Drive the pre-work and post-work for strategic planning sessions, ensuring alignment with regional and international objectives.
Act as a liaison across teams to facilitate communication, alignment, and knowledge sharing that elevates best practices.
Oversee high-complexity projects across Run and Grow agendas, applying disciplined project management to support effective execution and targeted outcomes.
Develop executive-ready materials, including business updates, quarterly sales reviews, performance insights, SteerCo content, and materials for international visits.
Create and maintain forward-looking performance indicators, dashboards, and tools that enable proactive decision-making and strategic adjustments.
Track and coordinate execution of key initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, clear accountability, and visibility across workstreams.
Support governance routines such as SteerCos, weekly business reviews, and operating cadences, while maintaining risk logs, decision logs, and structured project documentation.
Identify and manage cross-team dependencies, escalating risks or blockers where needed.
Support stakeholder alignment, follow up on commitments, and contribute to effective cross-functional collaboration, including ad-hoc analyses and special projects as assigned.
Required Knowledge And Experiences
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent knowledge and experience relevant to the role.
3 to 4 years of general business experience, with exposure to strategy development and business-wide concepts used to assess implications, drive actions, and capitalize on opportunities.
Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and sound business judgment to support decisions across local and regional initiatives.
Excellent project management capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and deliver key outputs across multiple projects or workstreams.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels and work effectively across diverse market environments.
Required Technical Skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications.
Full professional fluency in English and Spanish.
