Team Overview
The Product TPM team operates at the intersection of business, technology, and delivery, enabling the successful development and rollout of scalable, customer-centric solutions. At the Consultant (P03) level, the team is composed of Technical Product Managers who own feature-level delivery while collaborating closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders.The team functions within an Agile framework, ensuring continuous delivery of high-quality product increments through iterative development, sprint cycles, and regular feedback loops. Each TPM is responsible for managing specific product modules or features, contributing to the broader product roadmap while aligning execution with organizational goals and customer needs. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
The Consultant (P03) – Technical Product Management (TPM) role is responsible for driving the end-to-end delivery of technology-enabled product features by effectively bridging business requirements with engineering execution. The role combines product ownership, technical understanding, and Agile delivery to ensure the development of scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with customer needs and organizational priorities.
At this level, the TPM owns feature-level execution, collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, and contributes to product strategy and roadmap under guidance from senior product leaders.
- Own and manage assigned product features or modules from concept to delivery
- Define detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintain the product backlog
- Prioritize deliverables based on business value, customer impact, and feasibility
- Contribute to product roadmap planning and execution
- Align feature development with overall product vision and business objectives
- Incorporate stakeholder input, user feedback, and analytics insights
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications
- Work closely with engineering teams on solution design and implementation
- Assess technical trade-offs, dependencies, and constraints
- Ensure adherence to scalability, security, and performance standards
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, grooming, stand-ups, retrospectives)
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product increments
- Support continuous improvement in development and delivery processes
- Collaborate with business, engineering, and UX/design teams
- Act as the primary point of contact for owned features
- Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes effectively
- Define and track KPIs for product features
- Use product analytics and user insights to drive improvements
- Optimize product performance, usability, and adoption
- Support the full product lifecycle including requirement gathering, development, testing, and release
- Assist in documentation, training, and user adoption initiatives
- Ensure smooth rollout and continuous enhancement of features

Skills Required
- 5-8 years experience in Technical Product Management, Product Management, or software/program delivery roles
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle and Agile methodologies
- Solid knowledge of SDLC and ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Hybrid work: regular in-person attendance at assigned office (minimum two days per week)
- Agile certifications (CSPO/CSM)
