Consultant / Online Manager

• What You'll Do:

• Leader for the Online Booking Tool solution optimization and expansion in new and existing countries (Concur, Cytric)
• Responsible for driving an innovative online travel strategy, balancing operational efficiency with a cost control without negatively impacting the traveler experience.
• Maximize tool capabilities to support policy and supplier strategies and ongoing program goals.
• Support the implementation of approved technology solutions that improve service delivery and execution of travel management demands.
• Support BAU technology solutions (e.g., data feeds, mobility solutions, OBT, etc.) that improve service delivery and execution of travel management demands.
• Collaborate with client’s internal team to ensure alignment on activities and share best practice.
• Interface with client’s travel program key contacts, technology teams and to implement, develop and support web applications.
• Special projects management: e.g., support client with new acquisitions and strategy for Online Booking Tool solution
• Creation, development, and communication of joint project plans
• Act as a key linkage with the travel team to secure access to all needed resources, products, services and support.  Marshalling SME’s as appropriate
• Maintenance of client’s OBT live sites, 2nd level technical travel support as single point of contact for client’s travel team.
• Provide continuing analysis and insight into current, upcoming, or developing technologies and benefits of integration or exclusion from program as per the industry.
• Tailored presentation of new features and product releases.
