What You'll Bring:
- Design and execute complex test plans, ensuring accurate batch system configuration and high‑quality output data delivery.
- Analyze data and test results to maintain data integrity throughout the program lifecycle and ensure customer business needs are met.
- Independently troubleshoot and resolve processing issues, ensuring accurate, efficient, and timely program delivery while guiding others on workload management.
- Develop and implement solutions for medium to high‑complexity programs, leveraging a strong understanding of system behavior and technical tools.
- Serve as a technical and functional advisor, consulting with business users on best practices and representing the team with internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement and change management, proactively anticipating the impact of product or system changes while promoting best practices, risk mitigation, and alignment with strategic goals.
Impact You'll Make:
- Bachelors Degree or Higher in computer science / software development. A track record of academic excellence.
- Total Experience of around 6-8 years. Five (5) or more years of professional experience performing analytic/scientific software development work in Financial Services, consumer credit, or a related industry.
- Multiple examples of demonstrated success in client-facing or complex practice leadership roles over a period of at least two (2) years.
- Hands-on expertise in software development and coding using C/C++, C#. Experience in Java, R or Python a plus.
- Experience using other programming and data manipulation languages (Ab Initio, SQL, Scala, etc.) also a positive
