What success looks like in this role:
As we expand our Microsoft AI Copilot service line, we are seeking a AI Consultant to bridge the gap between complex business challenges and cutting-edge autonomous solutions.
You will leverage your deep expertise in the Power Automate, Co-pilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry to build intelligent, agentic systems that don't just automate tasks; they reinvent how business is done.
Key Responsibilities
Business Value Mapping: Translate ambiguous business requirements into clear technical roadmaps focused on Workflow Autonomy.
Presentation Excellence: Deliver compelling demos and technical presentations that simplify complex AI concepts into actionable business insights.
Solution Design: Design end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and the Microsoft AI Framework.
Agentic AI Integration: Design and deploy autonomous agents that interact across the Microsoft ecosystem to drive efficiency. Technical Delivery & Innovation
Workflow Autonomy: Build sophisticated, self-correcting workflows using advanced Power Automate and AI Agents.
AI Orchestration: Utilize Azure AI Foundry to fine-tune models and integrate custom data sources via RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).

You will be successful in this role if you have:
Required Qualifications & Skills
Technical Mastery: 3+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with at least 2+ years focused on Power Platform Automate.
AI Expertise: Proven track record of implementing Microsoft Copilot and building custom GPTs/Agents within Copilot Studio.
Azure AI Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry (formerly Azure AI Studio) and understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs).
Workshop Facilitation: Experience using Design Thinking or similar frameworks to lead business process discovery.
