This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for a Concur Analyst.
 

Responsibilities:

• Expertise in using Concur Expense software. Primary responsibility will be creating & submitting Executives expense reports using Concur Expense software.

• Process Management. Ensure that transactions are processed in compliance with the company guidelines including Global Expense report policies, Approval Authority, Amortization, Cost Center/Account Guidelines, Country Specific Rules etc.

• Stakeholder management. Working directly with the US executive assistant to ensure accurate & timely submission of expense reports. 

• Reports Management.Maintaining confidentiality of Executive expense reports.

Requirements:

• Experience working in a global corporation shared service or BPO Finance/Accounting organization supporting global subsidiaries or clients

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

• CPA a plus but not required.

• Must be willing to work North American hours.

• Experience with expense reporting system.  Concur preferred.

• Experience with ERP systems:  NetSuite preferred however SAP or Oracle ok.

• In addition to expense report processing specific experience in one or more of the following areas (North America Invoice Processing, Payment preparation, Credit Card Program Management, Expense Report Processing, Partner Payments, Electronic Payments)

• Microsoft Office Skills
