Role Overview:
Could you be our next Concur Administrator? Globe Life is looking for a Concur Administrator to join the team!
The role is responsible for managing Globe Life's SAP Concur platform for travel and expense (T&E) processing across a multi-site organization.
This is a remote/work-from-home position.
What You Will Do:
- Oversee the T&E process in Concur and work cross-functionally across the organization.
- Manage and monitor Concur user profiles, including adding new users, maintaining changes, deactivations, and terminating previous users as needed.
- Troubleshoot technical user errors and field user questions regarding set-up and payment inquiries.
- Process travel and expenses in Concur while ensuring compliance with company T&E policies.
- Serve as the point person for end users, assisting with inquiries and following up on requests or issues in a timely manner.
- Manage incoming payment inquiries in a timely manner.
- Interface with the company user base to ensure corporate policy is maintained.
- Address all user questions related to T&E process and tool functionality.
- Provide excellent customer service across the organization.
- Identify process improvements for T&E program.
- Proactively reach out to key users/groups for training and communication.
- Partner with human resources department to enforce clearly defined standard operating procedures for Concur administration.
- Streamline processes and manage communication within the business for effective control.
- Implement procedures for Concur travel expense and purchasing credit card management and administration in compliance with company policies.
- Establish clearly defined standard operating procedures for Concur administration, including collaboration with Concur and third-party management personnel.
What You Can Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of functional and technical expertise managing end-to-end enterprise travel and expense programs using SAP Concur, including technical knowledge of system configuration, integrations, and data transfers across financial systems.
- Experience with Concur Expense Management tools and/or other Financial Systems.
- Strong knowledge of business rules and the ability to modify them to achieve desired outcomes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
