Job Description:
The Renewal Specialist is responsible for the timely management of registration renewals and replacements request, as well as, providing expert level support to internal and external customer while maintaining integrity in a high-volume transaction and fast paced environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Apply for, process and follow-up on expiring vehicle registrations for assigned states either on-line, directly with the state or using third party vendors within established timelines.
- Apply for, process and follow-up on duplicate registrations, plates and decals for clients on replacement services for assigned states either on-line, directly with the state or using third party vendors within established timelines.
- Scan and validate incoming registrations, plates and replacements with accuracy and efficiency; Meeting Client SLA’s for mailing no later than 10 days from expiration.
- Process incoming vendor invoices in a timely manner insuring accuracy in billing for client.
- Maintain L&T Renewal and Replacement Queues with proper statuses.
- Work and resolve Response Plan tickets and escalations within OLA; Investigate and determine root cause of issues or failures and work to reduce exposure that could result in an operational loss.
OTHER DUTIES
- Write, edit, research and manage content regarding state specific regulations.
- Assist with special request, reports, incoming calls and questions concerning title and registration services.
- Assist others in the department during peak periods and to cover absences.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

This position is in Alpharetta, GA and operates in a professional office environment.

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High School diploma required, but college degree preferred.
- 1–2 years’ office experience required, License and Title experience preferred.
- 1–3 years’ experience in customer service related role.
- Microsoft Experience Intermediate excel skill Required
- Microsoft Office experience required
- Good verbal and written communication skills, problem solving and organizational skills.
- Detail Oriented
