Job Title: Compliance & Operations Analyst

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled ERP compliance Analyst to manage & support the IT compliance framework. We are looking for someone who combines strong compliance knowledge with a practical and execution-oriented mindset.
The successful candidate should be comfortable working hands-on, collaborating across functions, identifying gaps, improving processes, and ensuring compliance requirements are consistently implemented. Support day-to-day compliance activities, including but not limited to users onboarding, compliance monitoring and maintenance of regulatory records.
Assist with regulatory filings, audits, compliance reviews, internal controls, training and other compliance initiatives.
Support daily operations, including quality checks, reconciliations, monitoring and resolution of operational discrepancies.
Maintain accurate compliance and operational documentation and coordinate with internal teams, counterparties and external auditors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for executing day-to-day compliance operations, ensuring that all related IT activities and users onboarding undergo comprehensive risk-based screening in strict alignment with SOX compliance and internal policies.
- Maintain SOX Governance, Access Controls, Segregation of Duties, Change management tracking, and data integrity checks as per SOX controls.
- Ensure compliance of IT General Controls, Evidence and Documentation Controls to pass through Audit review without any risk.
- Support tickets routing, administration and control ticketing life cycle.
- Strong Project Management skill to enforce required controls in timely manner.
- Play a key role in encouraging communication among cross-functional teams, using collaboration tools to keep everyone in the loop and foster a collaborative environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, Law or a related discipline.
- Experience working with Sarbanes-Oxley SOX Compliance, preferable Certified SOX Professional.
- Strong understanding of financial systems.
- Proficiency in Project management, JIRA and ServiceNow
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
