Compliance Manager

About your role:

As a Compliance Manager, you will support the design, execution, and continuous improvement of compliance activities that help Fiserv operate in alignment with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. You will work closely with business leaders, Legal, Risk, Audit, and operational teams to assess requirements, monitor controls, and address compliance issues. Your work will help reduce regulatory risk, strengthen governance, and support consistent execution across the business.

What you'll do:

  • Monitor compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies across assigned business processes and activities.
  • Conduct compliance assessments, control reviews, and testing activities to identify gaps, document findings, and support remediation planning.
  • Analyze regulatory requirements and business changes to evaluate potential impacts on processes, controls, and procedures.
  • Partner with Legal, Risk, Internal Audit, and business stakeholders to support issue resolution, corrective actions, and ongoing compliance oversight.
  • Prepare compliance reporting, risk summaries, and documentation for management review, internal governance forums, and regulatory examinations.
  • Maintain policies, procedures, standards, and evidence repositories to support audit readiness and regulatory response activities.
  • Support training and awareness efforts by helping business partners understand compliance requirements and control expectations.

Experience you'll need to have:

  • 5+ years of experience in payments compliance, financial crimes compliance, or related regulatory roles
  • Working knowledge of money transmission laws and payments regulations (e.g., Reg E, Nacha, UDAAP)
  • Experience supporting product development and/or client-facing compliance functions
  • Experience interpreting regulatory requirements, assessing control effectiveness, and documenting compliance findings and remediation activities.
  • Ability to analyze policies, procedures, and operational evidence and translate results into documented recommendations and corrective actions.
  • Experience using business technology such as Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, or similar applications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business, finance, accounting, legal studies, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Experience in embedded finance, fintech, and/or cross-border payments
  • Familiarity with digital assets or stablecoin frameworks

How you'll work:

  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
  • This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.

Salary Range

$87,000.00 - $146,400.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
